Whether you or a loved one has suffered a stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, heart attack, amputation, neuro or muscular-skeletal disorder, or another serious injury, our specially trained staff is dedicated to helping you regain independence and return home as soon as possible. Our rehabilitation program is designed to assist patients in improving their quality of life by combining treatment and education. We concentrate on activities of daily living such as dressing, eating, walking or increasing wheelchair mobility.

Our 50-bed hospital with spacious private and semi-private rooms is situated on the CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System 129-acre campus surrounded by tree-shaded courtyards, peaceful atriums, fountains and beautiful gardens. What You Can Expect
CHRISTUS St. Michael Rehabilitation Hospital offers a comprehensive pre-admission evaluation of each referred patient conducted by a skilled nurse liaison who meets with the prospective patient and family members. This assessment procedure expedites the transition process and is a valuable resource for the referring physician, patient and family.
We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital Programs: Adults and Adolescents (15 years and older) and Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital Programs - Stroke Specialty Programs.
