What is Lifeline?
Lifeline is a personal emergency response system for your home that allows elderly or disabled persons to maintain their independence. With Lifeline, should you ever have an emergency at home, a simple push of the button will automatically alert a highly trained staff who quickly notifies a nearby relative, neighbor or ambulance, if necessary. The subscriber wears a HELP button as a pendant on their wrist. They need only press the button whenever they need assistance.
How does LifeLine Work?
You (the subscriber) wear a small waterproof personal HELP button as a pendant or on your wrist. Whenever you need assistance, all you have to do is press the button which activates the stationary communicator to dial our response center. Our monitoring staff will converse with you via the communicator's two way speakerphone to determine your situation. The monitoring staff have all the needed information to send the appropriate assistance depending on the situation.

- High output adjustable speakerphone for those with difficulty hearing
- The speakerphone allows the subscriber to have a conversation without picking up the phone. They can be anywhere in the room or house.
- If the subscriber is mobile and active, the communicator has a distance of 200 yards that an alarm can be received.
