The only free-standing outpatient facility accredited by both The Joint Commission and CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabiliation Facilities) within a 200-mile radius, CHRISTUS St. Michael Outpatient Rehabilitation Center is completely dedicated to outpatient treatment. The center has stand-alone diagnostic and assessment therapy services, video stroboscopy evaluation by speech therapy for viewing the larynx and vocal cords to identify and plan treatment for voice disorders, and sponsors a Multiple Sclerosis Support Group.
