Unique Focus
Good health is important to people of all ages. But as we grow older, maintaining good health becomes more of a challenge. Our focus is on adults 65 and older. We specialize in meeting your health care needs to insure that you receive the time, attention, and care you deserve when you visit the doctor.

Unique First Appointment
To prepare for your first appointment, bring all your medications you are currently taking and be prepared to discuss your full medical history. Be sure to allow plenty of time for this initial visit.

Unique Health Care Team
The physician who directs your medical care at CHRISTUS St. Michael Senior Health Center serves as the leader of a distinctive health care team. Our clinical staff includes a social worker and registered nurse. The team meets in conference to review and discuss your treatment plans.

Unique Services
Patients are assisted with access to a wide range of resources for the senior adult through our social worker. On-site patient education to meet the health care needs of seniors is coordinated by our Medical Director and a registered nurse.

Unique Billing
CHRISTUS St. Michael Senior Health Center accepts most insurance plans. We accept Medicare assignment, Medicaid and most supplemental insurance and bill insurance carriers directly. Our friendly staff at the center will explain the billing procedures and answer the questions you have.
