CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System has received Magnet designation for excellence in nursing services by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Magnet Recognition Program®.

 

Magnet designation is one of the highest levels of recognition a hospital can achieve. Approximately 7% of U.S. hospitals have achieved Magnet status. A part of an elite group, CHRISTUS St. Michael is the 28th hospital in Texas out of 694 (there are no Magnet hospitals in Ark.).
